becomes binding once the user has successfully completed the payment.
 

4. Payment and Payment Processing

Payments for all services and products are made via integrated payment methods, including Stripe and other third-party providers.  The customer must complete the payment before receiving the ordered products or services.

For payments made via Stripe and other third-party providers, the privacy policy and terms of service of the particular provider applies. We do not store any credit card details.

We will also offer cryptocurrency payment methods in the future.

Please note that processing cryptocurrency payments is subject to the respective cryptocurrency payment terms.

5. Delivery Terms

​

E-book access:
After payment is successfully processed for courses and e-books, access to the respective content will be granted within 24 hours.
 

Consultations:
Initial consulting via phone or video call will be delivered upon the next available appointment, which will be agreed upon between the parties via email correspondence.
 

Our online shop currently offers consultation services and digital products such as e-books.

All other services - including company registration, banking coordination, residency visa assistance for Paraguay and Georgia as well as US business + small investor visa preparation and full business architecture development - are tailored individually and can only be initiated following a completed consultation.

The amount of the consultation fee you paid will be credited towards the total amount due of your individual Business Architecture or Mentoring Program. Single Services do not qualify for the initial consultation fee to be credited towards them.
 

Each project, whether it concerns a single service (such as a U.S. LLC registration, private or business banking setup, dual Holding + Operative LLC structure, business or investor visa preparation, or Georgia/Paraguay residency process) or a multi-jurisdictional “All-In Architecture,” depends on various factors such as case complexity, the number of family members or business partners involved, required apostilles, translations, and third-party coordination.
 

A preliminary estimate may be discussed during the consultation, followed by a detailed written quotation within seven (7) business days; the tailored quote outlines the total amount due within 14 days and an estimated delivery timeframe.

Payment Terms for Tailored Projects:
Once the client receives the written quotation, payment in full is due within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in writing. Project coordination and execution will commence only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

You will receive regular status updates via email as your project advances.

The delivery timeframe depends on project complexity, number of family members or business partners involved, as well as the scope of requirements (e.g. apostilles, translations, investor or visa-ready business plans, and overall architecture).
 

Informational material based on the initial consultation will be customized and sent within 24 hours after the consultation.
 

Please note that our consultations do not include the purchase of ready-made companies, LLC formation, Holding LLC setup, banking services, or residency visa applications. These are available only through individually tailored agreements.
 

Finally, while our consultations and coordination services provide extensive insights, guidance, and strategic clarity, we do not and will never provide legal or tax advice.

We don't touch that!

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that we begin fulfilling the service immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once performance begins.
 

Tailored Projects and Quoted Services:
For projects requiring a tailored quotation -  such as company registration, banking coordination, residency assistance, or full business architecture development - work begins only after full payment has been received.

As these services are customized to your individual specifications and prepared exclusively for you, no right of withdrawal or refund applies once payment has been made and work has commenced.
 

Digital Product Access:
Digital products such as e-books are being customized and manually made available within 24 hours of successful payment.

As digital content that is customized and manually provided within 24h upon purchase and not supplied on a physical medium, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or access link has been provided.
